After spending almost 20 years in the music world she has criss-crossed the globe more times than she can count and she’s not tired of it yet. Sam spent 12 years in Adelaide’s own, internationally recognised band, ‘Fruit’ touring in Europe, UK, Asia, North and South America, Canada and of course her home country Australia, during which time releasing 12 albums with the band. Since 2010 Sam has been playing drums and singing with folk roots darlings ‘The Rosie Burgess Trio’, receiving national and international acclaim. The trio released their 4th Album ‘Before I Set Sail’ in 2012. Sam has performed at Festivals such as Womad (Adelaide/Germany/Seattle/UK) Woodford Folk Festival, Calgary Folk Festival, California Worldfest, Falls Festival, Port Fairy Folk Festival and Byron Bay Blues Festival”
